Participants will learn the basic skills of flag football, including passing, catching, punting, blocking and the rules of flag football. First few practices will be spent learning the game with inter-squad games coming later in camp. Any adult interested in coaching should contact Sam at 616-7432.

5th & 6th Grade Tackle Football
This program will be offered to boys/girls in the 5th & 6th grade the Fall of 2019. Participants will practice 2-3 nights/week & will play games on Saturday’s in Sept & Oct as they will be in the Little 10 League. Fundamentals & developing an enjoyment of the game are the keys to a successful season. Interested in coaching? Talk to Sam at the RACC. Registrations accepted thru Aug 10th. Prior to starting the season we will host a kickoff meeting & uniform fitting. Date & time to be emailed to those registered.

Games will be played Saturday mornings at various locations. Schedules will be released once league starts.
Lessons are available for those ages 4-4th grade. Basic gymnastics skills will be taught using the floor, bars, vault, & beam. All lessons are held in the RACC Fieldhouse. All lessons are taught by varsity gymnasts and varsity level coaches. Min: 6 / Max: 20
Level One: This class is for boys & girls ages 4-6 that are first time participants or those with limited gymnastics experience. No (or minimal) skills required to be in this class.
Level Two/Three: This class is for boys & girls ages 6+ with at least 1 yr gymnastics experience. Participants should have experience doing forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels and handstands. Instructors will divide skill work between the level 2 participants and the level 3 participants.

RAGA is here to further your gymnastics skills. Kelsi Limoges and other coaches are looking forward to working with girls with prior gymnastic experience (entering intermediate classes you must be able to do a full cartwheel and advance classes must be able to do a back-handspring). Cardinal Girls Volleyball

5th & 6th Grade Cross Country Camp
The purpose of this running club is to introduce kids to the sport of cross country before they can join the school team in 7th grade. This program is one day a week through the month of September. Kids will join the Redwood Valley Cross Country team to do the warm-up, a run and fun team building games.

RAYBA: Redwood Area Youth Baseball Assoc.
RAYBA is a youth baseball organization that offers traveling baseball to youth ages 7 (coach pitch) through 13 years of age. RAJO: Redwood Area Junior Olympics
RAJO is a youth volleyball program for girls in grades 5-12 (4th graders are allowed to attend assessment and will be put on a roster if space is available). Our season runs from late February through mid-May. Teams typically practice twice a week and compete in 5 weekend tournaments.

Students 4 years old through 6th grade are invited to participate. Wrestlers will learn basic wrestling techniques and skills, proper conditioning, and will have the opportunity to compete against others of same size.
