• Get into shape now with this indoor cycling class • Class is led by certified SPINNING Instructor • Suits a wide range of abilities and fitness goals • No experience needed! • Polar band for heart monitoring highly recommended • Bring water bottle and towel, biking shorts recommended
Beginners Welcome! Using both yoga and pilates, yogalates integrates both into a balanced system of exercise. This combination class is designed to meet the needs of all experience levels. Punch card only!

12:00-1:00 at RACC Fieldhouse (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) The Drop-In Basketball program is offered to both RACC members and non-members. There is no obligation, just stop by the Community Center at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and join in. It’s a great way to stay in shape and sharpen your basketball skills! Fee: Members – Free Non members – $5.00 (15 day punch pass is also available)
Adult open hockey is a time for adult hockey players (8th grade & older) to participate in pick-up games & scrimmages – it is NOT a league. All participants MUST check in at the front desk each night they participate.
