• Get into shape now with this indoor cycling class • Class is led by certified SPINNING Instructor • Suits a wide range of abilities and fitness goals • No experience needed! • Polar band for heart monitoring highly recommended • Bring water bottle and towel, biking shorts recommended
Beginners Welcome! Using both yoga and pilates, yogalates integrates both into a balanced system of exercise. This combination class is designed to meet the needs of all experience levels. Punch card only!

POLYNESIAN DANCE CLASS
This class offers a Hula/Tahitian Dancing that work the thighs, arms, and lower abs/hips. For those wanting to learn about a different culture while working out and having fun, this class is for you! Each class begins with a 10 minute warm-up. Fee: $45

12:00-1:00 at RACC Fieldhouse (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) The Drop-In Basketball program is offered to both RACC members and non-members. There is no obligation, just stop by the Community Center at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and join in. It’s a great way to stay in shape and sharpen your basketball skills! Fee: Members – Free Non members – $5.00 (15 day punch pass is also available)
Adult open hockey is a time for adult hockey players (8th grade & older) to participate in pick-up games & scrimmages – it is NOT a league. All participants MUST check in at the front desk each night they participate.

Here’s your opportunity to get involved in a doubles tennis league. There is no need to find a partner; you simply need to sign yourself up and come ready to play. Everyone will be scheduled with a partner, rotating partners each week.

Men’s League 5-on-5 Basketball
Informational packets will be available Monday, Sept. 29 at the RACC. The league will be held on Sunday’s beginning Nov. 16. Fee: $425 Roster & fees due Oct. 31
Women’s League: Info packets will be available Mon, Sept. 29 at the RACC for anyone interested in playing on Tues./Wed. nights in a Women’s volleyball league.
Women’s ‘A’ League will begin on Wed, Nov. 19
Women’s ‘B’ League will begin on Tues, Nov. 18
