Redwood Falls Softball Association

The Redwood Falls Softball Association will be holding its annual meeting at the Redwood Area Community Center on:  April 3, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.   Anyone interested in playing, sponsoring, or managing a team is encouraged to attend. Leagues consists of church, men’s, women’s, and co-rec softball. Important items for the upcoming season will be discussed.

Leagues are currently being formed for church co-rec softball, as well as men’s and Co-Rec slowpitch teams. Anyone interested in playing, sponsoring, or managing a team is encouraged to call the Redwood Area Community Center at 644-2333.

We will have a co-rec league for conventional 6 player teams on Thursday nights. Players must be 16 yrs old or going into the 10th grade. Preliminary Rosters and League Fees Due April 18  (roster limit – 12 players) • $110/team • League begins May 8, 2014

Sand Volleyball League Rules 2014

Adult Co-Ed Sand Volleyball Tournament

 The tourney will run in conjunction with the 150th Anniversary Celebration. After pool play, teams will be put into brackets with payouts to the top 3 teams.

Co-Rec Fall Kickball

Go back to the playground days with kickball for ‘big’ kids. This is a friendly, self-officiated league that will give participants the opportunity to get together with friends and have a fun time playing a game from the past. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night. Team sign-up and fees are due Aug 15. Packets available July 7.

Co-Rec Fall Softball

Here’s your last chance to get in a few games of softball before the winter season rolls in. This is a traditional co-rec league following normal MSF/NSF rules. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night. Players must be in 9th grade or older to participate. Team sign-up and league fee due Aug 8. Packets available July 7. (no games Sept 1)

Season Fitness Class Punch Card

The Fitness Class Punch Card may be used for any fitness class. Note: Punch card is only guaranteed if the minimum number of participants has been met for the session. This punch card expires 12 months after purchase.

 Adult Golf Lessons

Ideal for all beginners looking for a fun, non-threatening introduction to the game or for newer players interested in reviewing the basic fundamentals of golf. Participants will learn basic short game, full swing fundamentals, rules & course etiquette. Sessions are available for beginning women and mixed beginners. Golf clubs will be available if needed. There is no golf on the course provided with this lesson series.

The Drop-In Basketball program is offered to both RACC members and non-members.  There is no obligation, just stop by the Community Center at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays,

and Fridays and join in.  It’s a great way to stay in shape and sharpen your basketball skills!
