Co-Rec Fall Kickball
Go back to the playground days with kickball for ‘big’ kids. This is a friendly, self-officiated league that will give participants the opportunity to get together with friends and have a fun time playing a game from the past. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night. Team sign-up and fees are due Aug 12. Packets available July 5.

Co-Rec Fall “FOURS” Sand Volleyball
We will have a co-rec league for 4 player teams on Wednesday nights. Players must be 16 years old or in the 10th grade. Team sign-up & fees are due Aug 10. League begins Aug 24.

Co-Rec Fall Softball
Here’s your last chance to get in a few games of softball before the winter season rolls in. This is a traditional co-rec league following normal MSF/NSF rules. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night.
Players must be in 9th grade or older to participate. Team sign-up and league fee due August 7th. Packets available July 6. (no games Sept 5)

Here’s your opportunity to get involved in a doubles tennis league. There is no need to find a partner; you simply need to sign yourself up and come ready to play. Everyone will be scheduled with a partner, rotating partners each week.

Season Fitness Class Punch Card
10 Punches . . . $50 The Fitness Class Punch Card may be used for any fitness class. Note: Punch card is only guaranteed if the minimum number of participants has been met for the session. This punch card expires 12 months after purchase.
A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong played on a badminton sized court with a slightly modified tennis net. Solid paddles made of wood or composite materials are used to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over the net.

All Levels Yoga Class – Register Online
Students of all levels are invited to join this 6 week yoga class, including new students & especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat! This will be a highly instructional based class that will include variations to increase or modify the intensity of poses. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Meditation for Physical, Mental & Emotional Health – Register Online
There is broad agreement in the fields of medicine and psychology that a consistent meditative practice has measurable benefit. This class is designed to provide attendees with the tools to achieve increased physical well-being, mental balance, and emotional health. Class is available to anyone 12 yrs of age & older. Instructor Leonard Medrud has been a Meditator since 1970, and has taught meditation classes periodically since 1977. He holds a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Studies, and has previously worked as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
