Softball Leagues

Leagues are currently being formed for church co-rec softball, as well as men’s and Co-Rec slowpitch teams. Anyone interested in playing, sponsoring, or managing a team is encouraged to call the Redwood Area Community Center at 644-2333.

Church League        Starts May 16 • Monday Nights • 7 pm, 8 pm & 9 pm at Westside and Johnson Parks • Rosters & League Fees due May 1

For churches showing tax exempt status – League Fee: $243.27

Co-Rec Sand Volleyball League

We will have a co-rec league for conventional 6 player teams on Thursday nights. Players must be 16 yrs old or going into the 10th grade. Preliminary Rosters and League Fees Due April 22 (roster limit – 12 players) • $110/team • League begins May 12, 2016

Co-Rec Fall Kickball

Go back to the playground days with kickball for ‘big’ kids. This is a friendly, self-officiated league that will give participants the opportunity to get together with friends and have a fun time playing a game from the past. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night. Team sign-up and fees are due Aug 12. Packets available July 5.

Thurs, Aug 25 – Oct 13 • at Johnson & Westside Fields • first games at 6:30 pm • $65/team

Co-Rec Fall “FOURS” Sand Volleyball

We will have a co-rec league for 4 player teams on Wednesday nights. Players must be 16 years old or in the 10th grade. Team sign-up & fees are due Aug 10. League begins Aug 24.

Packets available July 5 • $50/team.

Co-Rec Fall Softball

Here’s your last chance to get in a few games of softball before the winter season rolls in. This is a traditional co-rec league following normal MSF/NSF rules. Teams will typically be scheduled to play double headers each league night.

Players must be in 9th grade or older to participate. Team sign-up and league fee due August 7th. Packets available July 6. (no games Sept 5)

All Levels Yoga Class:  Need some time to unwind from the weekend and start the week anew?  Amanda Strick, Certified Yoga Instructor, would like to help you with your strength, balance, and flexibility.  All levels welcome, no experience needed.  If you have your own mat, please bring this with you to class as well as a water bottle.

DROP-IN BASKETBALL

12:00-1:00 at RACC Fieldhouse (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) The Drop-In Basketball program is offered to both RACC members and non-members. There is no obligation, just stop by the Community Center at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and join in. It’s a great way to stay in shape and sharpen your basketball skills! Fee: Members – Free Non members – $5.00 (15 day punch pass is also available)
